CUSTOM ORDERING Placing a custom cookie and candy order with The Sugar Mommy allows you to get exactly what you want instead of what is left on the shelf at your local bakery or candy store. Orders are customized for each individual customer, making the treats that much more special for the recipient.  The Sugar Mommy has been in business since Spring 2009 and looks forward to filling your cookie and candy needs for years to come. I use only top-quality ingredients and everything is made fresh for each order. While chocolate does have a long shelf-life, I don’t believe in keeping inventory sitting around. Your order will be made just for you, just the way you want it. To allow The Sugar Mommy to customize your order, please select the items you want, then fill out and submit the order form at the bottom of the page. Once you submit your order form, I will contact you with payment instructions whereby you can go to the website and pay by Paypal, or if you are local, arrange for cash or check payment. The Sugar Mommy is a one-person operation, and sometimes items run out and cannot be replaced in time to fill an order. The Sugar Mommy will do its best to accommodate all requests, but it might be necessary to substitute particular ingredients or packaging materials. All of these scenarios will be discussed with the customers before order is confirmed and payment is made.

•Custom orders typically require 3 days to turnaround plus shipping time (normally 2-3 days).  If you are local and able to pick up the order, then The Sugar Mommy needs 3 days to prepare the order. Larger orders (such as party favors and platters) might take more time.
•If you would like an order quickly (less than 3 days notice), contact The Sugar Mommy immediately; it still may be possible, but you may have to compromise specific customizations.
•Email, phone, and text orders are all accepted.
•All orders must be confirmed by The Sugar Mommy before considered placed.
•Shipping costs are determined by the size of the order. Minimum cost is $5.00. In most cases, the shipping cost is $10.00-$15.00.
•If your order is extremely large (such as 100 favors for a wedding), shipping could exceed $15.00.
•Shipping normally takes 2-3 days.
•If shipping to a warm climate, signature may be required.
•Also, if shipping to a warm climate, customer may consider shipping to work location so items are not sitting in hot sun all day.
•Cookies, breads, bars, and cakes are best packaged for shipping wrapped in plastic and tin foil.
•If order is being shipped to you to place on your own platter, The Sugar Mommy can package items in plastic and tin foil.
•I make every effort to provide customers with items identical to those pictured on website.
•Once order is placed, any cancellation will be charged 50% of total order.
•Seasonal packaging and sprinkles are available. Please inquire in the box at the bottom.
•Various chocolate molds are available for the solid chocolates. Please inquire in the box at the bottom.
•This order is not confirmed until you receive notification from The Sugar Mommy.
